This policy explains how PowerDialerX uses artificial intelligence and the controls you have over it. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; if anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms control.
Where enabled, the Platform uses AI to make call work faster: transcribing recorded calls, summarizing what was discussed, suggesting outcome codes, and extracting key details (such as carrier, renewal date, and decision-maker) onto the lead record. Anything generated this way is identified as AI content in the interface.
We do not use your call recordings, transcripts, lead data, or any other customer data to train or improve AI models — ours or anyone else’s. The third-party AI providers we use process your data under enterprise terms that prohibit them from training on it, and they do not retain it beyond what is needed to return the result.
AI output is a starting point, not a final answer. It can mishear names and numbers, attribute statements to the wrong speaker, or suggest an outcome that doesn’t match the call. Review AI output before relying on it for compliance, contractual, or financial decisions, and remember that you remain responsible for complying with the laws that govern your calls — see our Terms of Service.
Administrators can turn AI processing off entirely for their business in the Telephony settings — when disabled, no call audio is sent to AI providers. You can also choose which extracted fields appear in the interface. AI output is stored as part of the associated call record and follows the same retention as that record, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion at any time.
