Yes. Upload a CSV with one click. The importer handles different file formats automatically and de-duplicates against leads already in your account. You can also spread imported leads across your team with built-in round-robin assignment so nobody gets buried.

How do I move leads from my CRM?

How do shared calling minutes work?

Every plan comes with a monthly bucket of US calling minutes shared across your whole team. Calls are billed in one-minute increments. If you go over the included minutes, extras are billed at $0.019/min on Starter (and even less on Growth and Agency, $0.016/min). Unused minutes don't roll over to the next month.

Can I add or remove dialer seats?

Yes — Growth and Agency plans support extra seats. Each one adds 1,000 more shared minutes per month. Use the Billing tab to preview the prorated cost before you commit. Removing seats takes effect at the end of your billing period, so you never lose minutes you already paid for.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect right away (with a prorated charge for the time left in your current cycle). Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current period — you keep the higher tier until then. Change your mind? Cancel any scheduled change with one click.

All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by a PCI-certified provider, so your card details are never stored on our servers. Manage your card, invoices, and receipts directly from your account at any time.

We automatically retry the charge over several days. During that window, dialer and manager logins are paused, but admins stay logged in so they can fix billing without disruption. The moment payment goes through, your team is back online — no reactivation step needed.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, then automatically ends. No early-termination fees, ever.

Yes. Admins can search and buy US local phone numbers right from the admin panel — and assign them to specific states for automatic caller-ID routing. Each plan includes one number; additional numbers are just $2/month each.

How does state-based caller ID work?

Map your phone numbers to US states in the admin panel. When a dialer calls a lead, the system automatically picks the matching state's number. If no match exists, it falls back to your default. Showing a local number can boost pickup rates significantly — and every call records which number was used so you have a clean audit trail.

Can I handle inbound calls during outbound dialing?

Yes. When an inbound call arrives during a session, your dialer can answer immediately, hold the current call to pick up, or queue the inbound to handle right after the current conversation ends. Held callers hear hold music, and any missed inbounds are tracked so nothing falls through the cracks.

Yes. Recording is on by default with high-quality dual-channel audio (lead and dialer captured on separate tracks for crisp transcription). You can play recordings back in-browser or download them. Very accurate. Calls are recorded in dual-channel audio (lead and dialer on separate tracks), which lets the AI clearly identify who said what. Very short calls — a few seconds with no real conversation — skip the AI summary entirely so you never see a fabricated outcome.

Transcripts and AI insights typically appear within a few minutes of the call ending. Your dialer is notified the moment they're ready, and the lead's call history refreshes automatically.

No. Your call audio and transcripts stay private to your account. We use AI providers that exclude your data from model training by default, and your data is never shared across businesses.

Yes. Built-in compliance tools enforce quiet hours in the recipient's local time zone (default 8am–9pm), per-state hard blocks, daily and weekly attempt caps, and recording disclosure scripts. Compliance is checked BEFORE the call dials — blocked calls never reach the carrier. Two-party-consent states are flagged for your dialer automatically.

PowerDialerX is a technology platform. Compliance with federal and state telemarketing laws and DNC regulations is your responsibility as the user. We provide tools to support compliant calling practices, but you must ensure your activity complies with all applicable laws.

How does call recording consent work?

Recording can be set per state — always on, never on, disclosure required, or inherit your default — and per business (enabled or disabled globally). When disclosure mode is on, your custom script can be played automatically at the start of the call. You're responsible for ensuring your practices comply with federal and state recording laws.

Can other customers see my leads or calls?

No. Your leads, calls, and recordings are visible only to your team. There is no setting, accidental or otherwise, that exposes them to anyone outside your account.

Yes. Sensitive lead and contact details are encrypted at rest. All website and app traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Payments are handled by a PCI-certified provider, so your card details never touch our servers.

Who owns my recordings, transcripts, and lead data?

You do. Your business's recordings, transcripts, call history, leads, contacts, and notes belong to you. There is no vendor lock-in clause that holds your data hostage if you decide to leave — reach out and we'll work with you to get your data out.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account stays accessible through the end of your paid period. After cancellation, your account is retained briefly for billing reconciliation, then your data is purged. Contact us before your period ends if you need a data export bundle and we'll prepare one for you.

What about state insurance licensing?

You are responsible for maintaining valid insurance licenses in each state where you solicit. PowerDialerX does not verify licensing status. Use the per-state calling rules to disable outbound calling in any state where you do not hold an active license.

Three roles you'll use day-to-day: Admin (full access including billing and settings), Manager (live monitoring, performance dashboards, and lead reassignment), and Dialer (the seat that actually places calls). Permissions are enforced everywhere — managers can't accidentally see admin settings, dialers can't see other dialers' leads.

The Manager Dashboard shows live dialer status (idle, ringing, on call, wrapping), real-time call counts, leaderboards, A-through-D performance grade cards, time breakdowns (talk/wrap/pause/idle), and an enrollment funnel. The dashboard updates live — no refresh needed.

Can I restrict a dialer to specific cities?

Yes. Each dialer can be limited to leads in specific cities — perfect for territory management or licensing-based restrictions. They simply won't see leads outside their assigned area.

Yes. Admins can flip on policies like enforced wrap-up countdowns between calls, required call notes (with a minimum character count), and whether managers can reassign leads. Each policy applies across your whole business.

Starter includes 1 seat. Growth includes 3, Agency includes 5. Add seats anytime from the Billing tab — pricing previews show the prorated charge before you commit. Removing seats schedules for the end of your billing period. If you ever downgrade and exceed your new seat limit, the platform handles it gracefully — admins are always preserved, and the least-recently-active seats step aside first.

How does appointment scheduling and routing work?

Dialers open the appointment scheduler during a live call, pick an available benefits specialist, and book a time slot — without ever leaving the call. Appointments route automatically using whichever policy you've set up: send to all, round-robin, or — on Agency — by territory. Confirmation emails go out automatically using your branded sender.

PowerDialerX works on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on desktop. Chrome gives the smoothest calling experience. Safari and mobile browsers aren't officially supported for outbound dialing today.

What hardware do I need?

A computer with a stable internet connection (5 Mbps+ recommended) and a USB or Bluetooth headset with a microphone. No desk phones, no special hardware, no IT setup. Built-in laptop microphones work in a pinch, but a dedicated headset noticeably improves call quality.

Every dashboard, report, and date picker uses your browser's local time zone — even if you log in from a different city, you'll always see times that make sense to you. Quiet-hours enforcement uses the recipient's local time zone (resolved by phone area code or state) so you never accidentally call outside legal hours.
